October 7th, 2023 – What a wonderful day and a successful event. Club members participated at the 2nd Annual Airport Day bringing flying entertainment, a flight simulator, STEAM activities and there was plenty of interactions with the community. We are grateful to the AMA for providing us with plenty of freebie handouts like balsa gliders, magazines and some FPG-9 aircraft. We pre-cut a bunch more FPG-9 aircraft to ensure we had enough. Over 120 FPG-9 aircraft were assembled, decorated and flown by kids of all ages.
